    Absolutely appalled at the lack of concern for packages ordered online. I ordered a lot of items but the mug and crockery arrived in pieces. Atrocious packaging, no fragile sticker anywhere on the delivery box. Tried getting a refund, the ai chat is unable to find my order.

    Painful checkout process. Either understaffed severely or poor management. Self checkouts are meant to make easier shopping. Instead I wait for over 10 minutes for a staff memeber to void an incorrect sale price, then get flagged by the machine for SHOPLIFTING, cue another 10 min wait for a staff member to come and fix the machine to then have a video of ne PUTTING A CLOTHESHANGER IN THE ASSIGNED BIN flagging me for "not scanning a product" . Its capitalism and beurocracy gone wild ! Go back to manned checkouts, lower unemployment and give customers a far more pleasurable shopping experience instead of automatically being treated like CRIMINALS the minute we walk in the door

    I was there a week ago and appalled by the messy arrangement of shelving. Very difficult to find a 2 piece picnic set amongst the disorganised pile of messy scattered everywhere. An older staff lady totally ignored me. Today I'm in Hastings Kmart and it's much more user friendly and tidy. Please learn from Hastings Kmart. The image is of how Kmart should be presented.

    So sick of what's written on the signs not matching the product you guys are especially bad for this. I always check but I got 3 pairs of tights and ofc one pair isn't what the sign said 3/4 are mixed with the full length pants. And then same thing with the long sleeve black tops you have 2 different sorts mixed up one stretchy and one not so annoying just wasted my money because you guys don't know how to stock shelves properly

    I got a few things of what I needed but there where a few products I couldn't get and a lot of selves where out of stock more than some other Kmart I've been to. I didn't find one or two of the staff very helpful when I could find a staff member. Customer Services and self checkout had 1 staff member on and she did help in between customers ,she was helpful. Parking was great .

    In friendly staff at check out. I bought 4 pottery plates and 2 cups. I asked the lady at checkout dest if they can wrap them in case they broken when I drive on a bumpy road, she asked me have I paid for them and they can’t check out for me because of bala bala… So I went to the self checkout. While I was doing that the lady started checking out other customers… so obviously they have no problem to do checkout! And when I came back to let them wrap the plates, they said they can’t do it because they have nothing to wrap them up and the blond lady responded it in a rude manner! I was very upset that I was treated less than other customers, also the inconsistency of information they provide and how rude they manner was!
