   I am currently waiting for someone to answer the phone at Bunnings New Lynn. The wait time is now over 13 minutes. While I am waiting, an automated message is interrupting me roughly every 30 seconds. Each time, a woman is explaining that rude or abusive behaviour is not acceptable and that everyone needs to be nice so we can all have a good day. At this point, I am hearing this message more than 20 times. This is having the opposite effect of what is intended. Instead of improving the experience, it is becoming frustrating and insulting. The message effectively communicates: “We are not answering the phone, but if you become annoyed by that, you are the problem.” If the store cannot answer calls, it needs to say so clearly or offer a callback option. Repeatedly lecturing customers while leaving them waiting feels like gaslighting, not customer service. Customer service is about addressing the issue. It is not about moral lectures delivered on loop while nothing is being resolved. As you can see, I've had plenty of time to write this review. ( currently 15 minutes) Edit: at 21 minutes I surrendered.

   Shout out to your awesome worker Emma..she was superb...after asking 2 different staff for a product and was told to go and look at different aisles with no luck..after wondering around for 5 mins,bumped into Emma and she actually took me to the aisle and showed me the product and also recommended some more products...made my day..thank you Emma

   I came in and all the staff were great. Two staff members really stood out — the girl whose name I can’t remember was awesome and very helpful, and Ranga (hopefully that’s the correct spelling) was just as great, patiently showing me what I needed twice. Highly recommend!

   Very friendly staff members, attentive, and knowledgeable. Lots of DIY and building stuffs on stock with reasonable price. Also have sausage sizzle on weekends, and occasionally have other fund raising activities too. Parking spaces are plenty and covered too. Entrance is through Titirangi Rd, as well as Great North Road. If you want to buy trade, timbers, and big-size building materials it's better though the Great North Road entry.

   Very bad experience, there’s one experienced staff were very unfriendly, using my company account for a cash sale, this lady just refuses me to purchase anything with the account, saying it was banned couple years back… doesn’t make any sense to me, told me to go to another cashier she’s cannot serve me if I want to use my own company cash sale account, so I went to the next person and everything went smooth, ended up getting stuff I came for just wasted my time and felt really strange..

   I have been to the store yesterday to get the battery replaced for Garage's remote. Can not thank you enough Ravinder who went above and beyond and assisted me. I wasn't able to find the correct screwdriver to open up the remote to check the type of battery I needed. He not only assisted me finding the correct screw driver also got the right battery for me and replaced it then and there. He showed a great example of excellent customer service. This level of service should be recognized and appreciated.
