   Good store BUT the garden centre needs a lot more care & attention. Visited today, majority of the plants, especially potted colours were very dry and wilted, looked like they hadnt been watered for weeks. People arent going to buy half dead plants! Do better, get more staff if needed. This is an insult to the nurseries that spend a lot of time growing these plants

   No one manning the paint counter. After 6 minutes asked other staff was there someone. They said they'd page someone. Waited another 5 minutes, asked another staff member, also said they'd page someone. Waited another 5 minutes, then left. On the way out told the second staff member no one had turned up, he just laughed and said "oh well".

   Plenty of stuff and well laid out. Will get everything you need there. A little pricey for some things. The reason for the two stars, had a rude and very unhelpful member of staff who looked like she didn't want to be there and definitely didn't want to help. So left my stuff (about $500 worth) and went to Mitre10. Lots of parking

   Just popped in to get a out door rubbish bin. Got a good one for 29 bucks. Looked at some options for storing out door furniture cushions. Still not sure what I'm going to get but there were a few options. Could go another bigger rubbish bin or just a plastic storage tub.

   Apart from one experience years ago that resulted in my working with a very kind & apologetic manager, I have had nothing but great service from this store. The stock range is huge & the quality is excellent. I find it easy to get around the store & if I can not find a product, there is always a staff member on hand to assist. I recommend this store.

   When I walking around trying to find what I was after n there was a lovely man asked me what I'm after so told him what I want n he went n got it for me. I work at a supermarket n I love helping out customers that are nice n polite. It goes both ways u polite n be respectful n hopefully they will be the same. I really hate rude customers n rude shop assistants. But yes very good experience.
