Super helpful staff! The lovely lady in lighting helped me to find the right gifts for family this Christmas, it certainly made the experience that much better. Highly recommend this store!
They have a ridiculous card board tray policy, kids went to grab 2 to do some craft and hobbies on the way out and brought $20 worth of stuff. Got told they couldn't take them, I've spend 2k in weber bbq gear + rubs here last 3months. Changing over all my petrol garden gear to electric, won't be getting a cent of that. Pity as staff are very friendly and I liked coming here
helpful staff. Everything easy to find. Staff willing to show you if your unsure where anything is. One suggestion it would be hugely helpful if they had gold card discounts
Freindly staff that is there to help. If they haven't got the product they will show you an alternative. Such a pleasant atmosphere.
Wanted to buy some paint, unfortunately I was instead 'told off' by a young woman worker in the paint department for being in the wrong area of her department. I quickly left this area like a child that had been told off despite being 30 years older than her. In stark contrast I appreciated the lovely young female cashier at the front of the store as she was very pleasant and made me feel so much better just by being her friendly and warm self. I have never had any negative experiences in this store before and usually enjoy shopping there. I will avoid the paint area in future.
I shopped at Rangiora mitre 10 today Friday between 1-3 . Bought some pots asked a question The moari boy said Don't know.I said can you find out plz. Also phd at 3 20 same time day. The same boy answered ph could tell by his voice. Asked how long the pots were on sale for as was just in came in and bought some .He also said don't know Frustrating as I thought the decent right thing to do was to find out.Were not busy .I was the only one at counter.Not trained properly if trained at all and doesn't use his initiative to help.This needs addressing.Not good service.Mrs Sloan.
My husband visited your store today. At the checkout with one of the flat bed trolleys with the upper tray extended, he went to assist the check out assistant by turning over the bag of wood pellets and caught his wrist on the upper part causing an inch long deep cut which starting bleeding. The young assistant did nothing to offer any first aid.
Have bought tools here as after shopping around, had the best product/price. Sometimes hard to get help in some parts of the store.
The BEST customer service from HARRISON who went out of his way to help an old lady sent on an errand to find a drill bit. It's a shame the others I asked for assistance weren't interested in helping.
