   We recently purchased a Multigym (from the Tauranga branch on Cameron Road) and assembled it ourselves. While we ran into a few initial issues with some parts, the way the company handled it was outstanding. As soon as we called, they immediately ordered the replacements and even came out to fit them for us. The customer service was fantastic – a huge thanks to Payton, who not only organised everything seamlessly but also personally installed the parts with the help of his colleague. In today’s climate, where great customer service often feels like a thing of the past, this company truly stands head and shoulders above the rest. I’m more than happy to recommend them!

   What an excellent experience with Elite Fitness Tauranga and Elite Fitness St Johns Auckland. Noah (Tauranga) was very helpful with providing me a quotation initially for the Tour de France C14 Spin Bike. A few weeks later (on Sunday 13 April 2025), I had visited the store. The rep saw me, and all I said was "the C14, please." He did not waste time. We checked out the spin bike (I had researched the spin bike already prior to going into the store). That 14" screen on the spin bike is the real reason why I wanted to purchase the bike! I didn't catch the name of the sales rep at the store. Please, if someone could pass on my compliments to him, I would appreciate that. He was outstanding. Lastly, once my purchase had gone through, the store rep then emailed Luka (Tauranga) to process and email me my receipt. And the best news, my new Spin Bike is being delivered to me today (Tuesday 15 April 2025) by Mainfreight (just received a call from the driver). And today is my birthday. Nice birthday treat. Thank you Elite Fitness for your professionalism and expert service. Flawless.

   Good service, bought a weight bench, no rust, well painted, key parts are polished steel, accurate drilling. good design. I was on to products weight and material thickness, generally heavier are better, but other aspects are crucial too such as steel types, drilling, welding. those are all come with price. Not much price negotiation they can do in the shop, but you can get what you pay for

   Was trying to call Elite Fitness Auckland via their 0800 number and ended up getting transferred to their Tauranga branch. Spoke to Darren on the phone and he was excellent to talk to and he even called back when he said he would with stock advice. Was so impressed that I bought my machine thru Darren and the Tauranga branch. Highly, highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for great advice and excellent service.

   I purchased over the phone/email both a treadmill (PROFORM PRO 2000) and Spin Bike (ELITE POSEIDON SPIN BIKE) through Darren. Both have exceeded my expectations and very nice machines. As I live remote and unable to see and try before I buy, I was a little worried. Darren put me at ease, sharing his expert knowledge and translated my requirements providing options to what machine would fit best. I couldn't be happier. I can highly recommend this team, they know what they are doing, and if I buy any more gear, it will be through Darren and the team at Elite Fitness Tauranga. Also, a big thanks to Nick, who help guide me on Spin Bike options.
