   Customer service is poor. Purchased 10bags of compost and grass seed. Had the kids help me cover the lawn. Only to find I purchased 10bags of stones. It’s been three weeks and multiple trip to the store to get this resolved and I’m being passed pillar to post. Supervisor has also failed to get back to me. I’ve left jars of stones and business cards to have them contact me back… nothing. Family owned Nz run.. blah blah blah. Back to basics customer service!!! Hope management can finally get this sorted! And come to the party.

   It was a great place to shop. The shop was brightly lit and well set out. Great easy to read signage . I had never been in that store before and yet found what I wanted in minutes. The staff were very pleasant and knew what they were talking about. An overall pleasant experience.

   I had a large item set aside to pick up. The staff went out of their way to load it easily onto the cart so I could put it in and out of my boot. A second staffer took my trolley back inside and a third staffer passing stopped me to shut my door properly. Duh me but very impressed with the service. Thank you Papamoa Mitre10.
