   Had an awesome experience at this store and would highly highly recommend coming here! Josh served me and couldnt have been any better service, hes genuine and gave great advice when sorting some running shoes, I did have to return them shortly after a couple runs and the team quickly sorted another pair that much more suited me, no questions asked! Superb job Team Albany thank you

   My mum came here and got her feet scanned and assessed by Patricia and she had such a good first impression by her that she recommended me and my partner to come and get the same thing done. Patricia is a very sweet lady, very patient and helpful. She picked out a pair of shoes for me and so far they've helped my walking a ton. She gave great examples for me to try on shoes and all in all she's a lovely person to talk to and be served by! Thank you so much Patricia! I'll definitely come back to see you again!!

   First of all, I seldom share my personal experience online, but in evaluating my shopping experience at this Albany store, I can say that the quality of the products sold in the store is very good, but there is a big gap between the quality of the products and the quality of the service. These last two shopping experiences have given me a very low rating for this store. Of course, the quality of service is a very subjective experience, and I can accept a less-than-ideal sales attitude. At most, I will just not consume. But these two shopping experiences have made me never want to try again. Maybe I just don’t have the luck. The most basic requirement is to have a happy shopping experience. I do not recommend ALBANY this store.

He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect pair of shoe. I really appreciated the personal attention and expert advice.    NB 624 White. Albany Store. White wasn't in stock but I know the shoe well as I've had several and the fit is very reliable. The assistant check fitted me out on black and ordered in the white which was delivered to the door at no extra cost. Fit perfectly. Cheers

   We chose shoe clinic over the other shoe shop, looking for certain runners for my mother and weren’t sure on what we needed, but walked out with a great pair of runners for her.    Inexperienced staff, didn't really want to help. Won't be going back. Really disappointing as I've heard shoe clinic is the place to buy good shoes from. Was after some running shoes and walking shoes. Guy measured my feet told me the size I needed then proceeded to try fit me into a size to small as they didn't have the size I actually needed.

   I was referred to Shoe Clinic by my podiatrist. Given that I had a referral I was asked for verification, this making me feel so unworthy of being in your store. Thanks Celeste for being so accommodating and Welcoming!!
