   Nurse Charmaine was incredibly knowledgeable and absolutely lovely. I felt genuinely well cared for throughout my visit. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

   NEALRY KILLED ME ! I went to 3 different doctors trying to get help for my head pain . Not one of them tried to get any test done or do anything to help me other then give me bucket loads of medication my body couldn’t process causing me to get so unwell I will never be the same ! I had to quit my job and move country’s to get the correct help and treatment that they never recommended… I have been off the medication they put me on for 6 months and I still suffer most days and don’t feel myself . I’m scared I will never feel myself again. I have X-rays done , ultra sounds done, mris done, when these doctors couldn’t even recommend anything other then pills that messed me up. I could go on !

   My wife and I have been coming to this practice for three and a half years and rate its efficacy highly. From those taking the phone calls to those on the front desk; from the nurses to the doctors; all play their part in putting patients at ease. In particular, we have always been impressed with our own GP, Dr Belton, who is an attentive and responsive listener able to sum up a medical situation effectively and deal with it professionally. We are grateful to all who have directly or indirectly assisted us with our various maladies.

   Hi, I have found family Doctors Pyes Pa and at the Lakes both helpful and caring. The doctors and nurses my family and I have seen went out of their way to much sure we received the best medical advice and treatment need. I would recommend Family Doctors.

   Had a great first visit today and saw nurse Adele and Dr Alana. These ladies looked after me so well and really listened to my concerns. This practice definitely deserves a better Google review score. Highly recommend!

   I've found the right place to enrol! The receptionist was friendly helpful and greets you with a smile. Just have to make sure you have all the paperwork done right before going. I liked the idea of a pre screen for new patients as it helps to understand 'the whole health picture of 'you' better. The nurse Adele was amazing who listens and helpful with some tips that might help with anything of a concern. Dr Ken , what can I say! I've never met a doctor that truly listens and everything he said resonated with me. His advice was on point and am confident in the diagnosis and treatment plan. Huge thanks to this team.

   Receptionist was so rude over the phone. I called in to book an apt to see a GP for my sick son, we have just moved over from Melbourne. She told me I had to enrol first which is fine, why can’t this be done at the first apt? Why do you need to enrol first and then book an apt? And also to enrol your form is not user friendly, you need a computer to do this. How about you have a form that can be used across all platforms for people. Extremely disappointing to see such a lack of form coming from back home from Australia.

   An excellent surgery with really helpful staff. Dr Genner is excellent as I've found she takes a holistic approach to your health including nutrition etc. The surgery were really responsive when travelling overseas and I realised my vaccinations were out of date and I needed them done at short notice.
