   The male asian pharmacist there somehow makes buying simple OTC medicine feel very awkward. He also doesn't offer to put the post stickers on your postal bag for you which is a small thing but as someone with severe ADHD it was easily for me to place the post bags and the small expensive postal stickers in different places. Otherwise I guess I'm glad they took on the responsibility of being a portal service as well as a pharmacy. I prefer the extra drive to paper plus hornby from work, where there is also chemist Warehouse, bargain chemist and life pharmacy who don't make me feel uncomfortable buying OTC medication.

   Walked in to get a Whooping Cough vaccination. I found the staff and service thoroughly professional, empathetic and informative. The vaccination was also free which was a bonus.

   I would like to update my review to say that the last few visits here have been greatly improved and I was offered an apology for the mistakes with previous prescriptions. I have upgraded my star rating to reflect the improved prescription service and hope to see the improvements continue as this is such a great little chemist otherwise. Staff are reasonably friendly but the mistakes with prescriptions are terrible. We have had trouble with receiving the wrong medications, repeats not added when we drop scripts in which result in extra charges to get repeats through doctor because chemist stuffed up, this has happened on a number of occasions, scripts not ready when we get texts to say they are. Really shocking for a pharmacy to make so many mistakes with medication.

   Love this chemist. Love the service. My brother took my 84 year old Mum for her booster on Saturday morning and got so much attention she actually enjoyed the experience. I went with my husband and son in the afternoon and was equally impressed by the service. Highly recommend. Thanks so much.

   I went to this shop late afternoon to sent my Christmas gift yesterday, they charged me and gave me a track number, when I back home I realized I haven’t told them the address. I went to this shop today to correct this big mistake, how could they charged me and provide a track number without an address? They told me nothing they can do, they have already send the present out to somewhere. Forgot to tell them the address is my fault, but the service and problem solve attitude is very disappointed. I went to the airport post office to add the address, the officer told me this pharmacy should check the address then charged and gave a track number. Poor service.
