   Definitely considering moving to another medical provider. All the good front office staff have left, and have been replaced by sour miserable ladies who don’t seem to enjoy their job, no manners or a simple smile. They are in customer service yet they are lacking any sort of good service, it’s obvious these lady’s don’t like their job, very rude and I would not recommend this medical practice ever!. Phone system and wait times are now horrendous. Complete failure

   The new phone system is horrible, you never know when it will be answered and they just leave messages in their system, you never know when the doctor/nurse will see it, I only request doctor to send the prescription to the pharmacy so I can take the antibiotic for my finger cut, I called twice and they never send it, so have to went to the clinic in person twice! The first time they didn’t send it and charge me 10 dollars for requesting it(only see the nurse and she said will let doctor know and it charge 10 dollars?)and then I went there again before they close and they told me the doctor didn’t have time to send it! This clinic is ridiculous and disgusting!Bye!

   I have been signed up with this health centre for probably about 10 years but within the recent 12 months I have had a terrible experience trying to get booked in for a consultation, attempting to dial the reception will leave you on hold for what seems like forever to finally get through just to be told they're unable to give me any booking at all and put on a "cancellation list". Doubt I will ever get that call back though. Our Healthcare system in this country is disgusting for even New Zealand born citizens, and the rate other health centre's charge out for consultations fees is appalling. Not necessarily this centre but it leaves me no choice as this is the centre I am registered with.

   Been going to this clinic for a few years and I'm generally happy with it. But had such a terrible experience today with the Indian nurse! Took my son in for his inoculation and she really didn't know what she was doing! All kids squirm, but she was terrible, had to do it twice and my poor boy bleed so badly and he has a huge ugly black bruise!

   Always have a great experience at Leabank Health Centre. All doctors, nurses and reception staff have been really lovely at every visit. Really appreciate how they prioritise children. If I ever call to book an appointment for my 1 year old, I am promptly put on a cancellation list and can generally be seen the same day, this means a huge amount to me. Highly recommend!

   I use to come to leabank all the time receptionists we’re really lovely however I think a new lady has just started there at the reception and she sounds disinterested doesn’t seem like she likes her job there and doesn’t sound empathetic
