Always great service. Pharmacist are helpful and as an added bonus the hours make dropping off and picking prescriptions up easy for thosecwith busy lives and commitments
Stopped in before heading to the GP to see if they could help my child, which saved us a long wait at the clinic. The pharmacist was incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to explain the different types of medicine in detail. Even though a queue was forming, he never rushed us. I really appreciated his kind and caring manner today.

As a customer of Counties Care Pharmacy, I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this establishment. My recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts in a review. Firstly, I must say that Counties Care Pharmacy takes advantage of the sick, elderly, and poor people who do not have transport elsewhere. It is appalling that they charge an extra $5 for each medication that is fully funded by the government and should be free. This is an outrageous and disgusting behavior that should not be tolerated. Furthermore, what is even more frustrating is that they do not inform you about this extra charge until after they have filled your order. This is a blatant attempt to deceive and trick customers into paying more than they should. It is unacceptable that they get away with this behavior, especially since they are located inside a medical center where people go for help and support. In addition to this, I found the staff to be unprofessional and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in pushing unnecessary products and services than providing quality customer service. It seems like they are more interested in making a profit than helping people in need. Overall, I cannot recommend Counties Care Pharmacy to anyone. Their behavior is unethical, and their actions are indicative of a business that is more interested in making a profit than in helping people. If you are in need of medication, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for a pharmacy that values its customers and provides quality service without deceitful practices.
I’m unwell so drive here based off of their being open, and the place is closed. Update your opening hours so people aren’t wasting time, money, energy whilst unwell coming to a closed building.

very unprofessional refused a refund within 9 minutes!!!! they're charging $5 per item in prescription so please fo to a countdown pharmacy or pharmacy warehouse insted i am going to move my whole family from here i wish i could give them zero stars
