   Best pharmacist ever! We got vaccinations for our twelve month old, and the pharmacist was amazing! She was so quick that my daughter barely noticed the first two shots until the third one. She used to cry very hard and for much longer, but this time was so much better. The pharmacist was incredibly patient, fantastic with babies, and gave us very clear explanations and instructions.

   Served by an unfriendly man at the counter around 2 p.m. on Sunday, 2/11/2025. Wasn't able to catch his name. He gave a stern frown and didn’t acknowledge me at all after the purchase, despite me thanking him. It's almost as if you guys don't like your customers. Don't think I'll be coming back again.

   I had an unpleasant and frustrating experience today that made me not want to return to this pharmacy, all because of the inappropriate behavior of the fundraisers at the door. On October 22nd at 2:30pm, I came in to quickly pick up some medication and a COVID + RSV test for my child, who was running a fever. I was clearly in a rush and stressed, but one of the fundraising men—specifically the tall white man—made a sarcastic and inappropriate comment when he saw what I was holding. He said, “Welcome back, and congratulations!” in a mocking tone. I didn’t engage, but it was extremely disrespectful, especially under the circumstances. I’ve always liked this pharmacy, but I’m seriously reconsidering coming back if I have to deal with that kind of attitude at the door. I can't imagine I’m the only one who has felt uncomfortable or harassed by them.

   The Korean pharmacist was really unkind. If the customer doesn’t know something, he should explain it properly. Instead, he spoke as if he was ready to fight with the customer. It was my first visit, but I’ll never go back again.

   I ♥️chemist warehouse one thing I would like to suggest however is they have a lot of trouble receiving over the phone credit card payments and could look at resolving this problem, it should be easy to do. The staff are friendly and helpful though and I like the range of supermarket price range beauty goods.

   Something weird is going on there with online orders. Website saying Available, you order it, Then it’s in processing, After it’s cancelled as unavailable. So recommend to check stock and display it correctly on website. Same thing happened when ordered from Glenfield branch. Not happy at all.

   They did not deserve even one star. I feel really offended in the Pharmacy area and they profiled me and did not issue the regular medicine that I used for cough and runny nose. I feel really offended in front of others. I request them to stop profile them by their skin color, nationality. I never faced anything like that in Glenfield Chemist or Bargain chemist. If you want to get offended, yes please visit them.

   This is the newest chemist warehouse store in the area, opened a couple of months ago. The store is nice and well maintained. The usual layout of Chemist warehouse stores greets us here too. The staff are nice and helpful. Pharmacy prescription medicines are available easily. Ample parking is there in the front of the store. The location is easily accessible by road and public transport.
