I visited when I had a skin issue, and the pharmacist listened to me sincerely and recommended the right medication. The retail staff were all friendly as well, and just visiting the pharmacy turned my whole day into a pleasant one. Places like this are rare. It’s one of my favorite spots in New Zealand.”

“The lady at the reception was nice and accommodating. It is always good to see a smile on people at reception. It was a bit busy, she mentioned that there might be a bit of wait, already a few people waiting when i got there but i was surprised that I didn’t wait that long.”

“The new patient on board process with simple. The booking was easy and quick. Jack helped me extracted two rotten teeth. He was quick and made the process almost painless despite the teeth broken during the extraction, added much complication. After that, I was unfortunately to have infection. He didn't just give it a wash, some antibiotics and send me home. He called up a few hospitals to make sure I'm okay. It sucks that I ended up having to stay overnight at the hospital due to the swelling, but I know I'm safe and in good care here compare to being at home. For the affordable price doesn't match the professional care you get, highly recommend!”

“Couldn't breathe, went to Waitakere Hospital Emergency. Explained my situation, immediately sent to the emergency room, blood samples taken, and all wires put my body to monitoring my condition. Yes, New Zealand has a shortage of doctors problem, but all staff from reception to nurses, caregivers and doctors are professional and friendly and tend to help. After 8 hours in the emergency room, doctor diagnosed based on all test results, transferred to ADU, then hospital room. Had right treatment, and could go home after 36 hours in the hospital. Thank you for everyone work in Waitakere Hospital Emergency.”

“I have been using CPAP through the Sleepwell clinic for nearly a year now, and to be honest I have been flabbergasted by the high level of service that is offered, and the overwhelming sincere kindness that every interaction has generated. Everyone bends over backwards to solve every problem. This is true for the staff in the central clinic in Christchurch, but also equally true for the staff in the Nelson clinic. I use both types of CPAP machine, the stationary and the travelling so have generated a range of problems and questions, all of which have been dealt with promptly, kindly, and efficiently. The level of service goes way beyond what I would expect from a health service provider. In the latest instance, they telephoned me to see how things were going. I mentioned a slight problem, which was immediately dealt with. Amazing. thank you. Duncan”

I normally do not write any comment on here,but I just wanted to let Olivia know that how much I appreciate her brilliant hospitality. I am not native speaker and still not good at dealing with people at shops specially language issue. She spoke to me slowly and trying to understand what I wanted to say. She gave me some options and eventually gave me the best one. I was so nervous and anxious till I was there, but I was go grateful for her kind attitude. “I've been ordering the subscription of 6 single meals for my mum who lives alone and has health issues. They have been easy for her and good to know that she is actually eating properly with these. Very convenient and she is extremely happy with her weekly subscriptions. We tried other companies previously and she wasn't very happy with her meals.”
