Iβve had the chance to see how this pharmacy operates, and Iβm genuinely impressed. The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and truly patient focused. They work efficiently while still taking time to support and guide everyone who comes in. Itβs clear they care about their community and go above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this pharmacy for both its excellent service and amazing team.

The pharmacist here on Tuesday afternoons will give you a sarcastic look when asking for your prescription even though you ask politely. Huge free prescription sign but you will get charged. Won't be returning here mainly due to the service.

Misleading advertising - very large signs on the building for βfree prescriptionsβ in large vivid lettering. What isnβt so easy to see is the much smaller lettering in white noting conditions apply. Those conditions being they arenβt free for most people between 14 and 65 years old. No wonder Chemist Warehouse and Bargain Chemist are gaining so much market share. As an aside, my wife was charged more than double at this location vs Chemist Warehouse for an unfunded prescription - literally $100βs more.

The worst pharmacy Iβve been to. Serious waste of time - every time Iβve been. The staff are just incompetent. I booked to get COVID vaccine here 2x - both times Iβm disappointed. The first time I was made to wait while other walk ins were prioritised. I thought I would give them a second chance. The second time I booked vaccine for my daughter. This time the pharmacy was dead (not surprised), and I was told the vaccine they have was expired. Do they not know that they have a booking? They could have contacted me before I drove down. Do not bother getting your vaccine here or make a booking. Do yourself a favour find another place to spend your money, or be prepared to have your time wasted.

Went here for my prescription the other day and I just wanted to say that I'm always impressed by the service - the staff are super friendly and approachable. I've visited other pharmacies but this pharmacy is my favourite so far - I'll definitely be coming here more often! They were happy to help me with all my questions outside my prescription and the pharmacists on duty each time have been incredibly helpful. Thank you Lunn Ave Unichem!

The worst pharmacy I have ever visited in the World I have been everywhere but people working there are not trying to help at all the worst customer services ever in NZ and wide. Some people working there are very incompetent and not aware what good customer services means I am never going to spend one dollar in this pharmacy. If you need to get stuff done this is not your pharmacy, they make simple thing very complicated. If there is zero I would give them zero. I am very disappointed in customer care in such industry as pharmacy and medical care, which should offer the best possible care for all people and especially pregnant women. Lady made so much complications over one referral that I waited 45 minutes. Simply the worst the worst I was hungry, pregnant, tired and needed toilet and lady there made me to wait 45 minutes for simple referral. She served everyone else before me and I was fist in the queue the worst customer care and services ever put the key and lock your pharmacy

For at least non-pharmacy needs, this chemist allowed me to get in and out within 5 minutes thanks to the 100% attentive help from the staff there (granted, it is a really slow day inside). I was needing an ankle support and found 2 options, both pretty much the same price, although the price is super high compared to what I'd expect at even a sports store. But regardless, I got something I've needed and was able to park right out front.
