Very impressive service today. Took my husband & I as walk up clients & did our annual flu vaccinations. Very considerate & kind service. Would recommend.
On Sunday I realized I'd run out of an important medication of mine, and was suffering some discomfort. The chemist who held my repeat prescription was closed. The two male pharmacists at Meadowlands Unichem chemist were just wonderful! Gave me enough pills to cover the long weekend, a glass of water to take a tablet immediately along with much need reassurance. Great job guys.
Very concerned after calling in today and hearing the Chemist behind the counter coughing badly the whole time I was there. Thank God she had a mask on, but she should not have been at work transferring the flu etc.
While most Pharmacies sell their products at the most cheapest price I found Unichem the most expensive. I urgently needed Adult diappers for a disabled child, sadly no where to be found all out of stock. Usually the prize for Moli Care (S) 14 pack is $35 but Unichem sold it for $49.99. $15 higher then other places. Today being boxing day I could not run around due to traffic and had to settle with this prize. Stockes are low no not available everywhere. Unichem please look into this as we are not reach people funding your unrealistic hunger for money. I find Bargain Chemist and Chemist Warehouse much cheaper (they had no stocks) for the same product. Very disapoited. I feel robed, having a disabled child who NEEDS such necessaties I have to prioratise them. Sadly you are milking us for your own profits. Shame on you!
I had a COVID vaccine booked here at 10am. We waited for 17 mins where we were very visible to the people behind the counter. It was evident we were waiting for vaccinators. Only after we asked them about the vaccine did they tell us there are no vaccinators. On showing them my booking I was flicked away and told "oh that's just the national booking system!!!". I am uncertain up to now what that actually means but seriously worst experience ever. Just for the record there were only 2 other patrons during this time so it's not like it was busy.
Worst experience ever, took kids to have passports phone taking, without ask whether I need to print and email the photos both, only ask: do you want to print? I said yes. They asked me to pay immediately. After 20 mins, I received photos, and ask whether she can email me too. She told me I have to pay full price again !!! And there is no another way to add on the previous transaction!! What a scam!
We had a passport photo taken here but the first time it was rejected due to a number of criteria not being met. Thankfully the staff were all very friendly and willing to help so we got the photo retaken.
