   Bad customer service; super unmotivated staff who just stood behind the counter twiddling their thumbs waiting for the clock to run out so they could go home. Instead of trying to assist with the sale. Also don't seem to know anything about tools lol. Only giving two stars cause the range is good. But wouldnt shop here anyway because NZ safety has a sterling reputation for being overpriced. Just like Placies

   The shop floor staff are excellent. But don't bother buying anything online unless you want to wait over a month for delivery. The upper management and directors of this company must be incompetent. They even have the audacity to mention on their website "Delivery time 30 days" Hopeless.

   This shop was new to me. They stocked the item I was wanting so, everything went well. Checkout was very smooth. Job done. This shop certainly stocks a wide range of Industrial Safety Equipment, along with a great selection of ancillary equipment. In some way this is like a one stop shop.
