So sleep Aponea is a big problem but not so big for sleep well clinic to have a 24 hour service to buy much needed medical items. If your cpap fails at the start of a long weekend or holiday you are out of luck becuse sleepwell can't be bother to provide service after hours when electricians , plumbers, gas fitter all do. Shame on your management team for only caring about profits and only providing service when it suits them. DISGUSTING

This is a business that's more focused on sales than therapy. Which is fine if you need a CPAP and can't get it from the hospital, but be aware that every interaction you have will be geared towards selling you a machine. They will tell you things like "Oh the waiting lists are so long in public sector" and "With your symptoms you're unlikely to get a hospital CPAP". These are kind of true, but in my experience Sleep Well inflates these things to push you into buying. I also found everyone I spoke to had the same pattern of conversation, where they give you a personal anecdote that feels disingenuous... like it's a trained technique rather than someone having a real conversation with you. The advice was often totally contradictory to advice I later got in the hospital as well. For some reason everyone at Sleep Well is totally against full-face masks, but in the hospital they suggested I try one and it was much better. Likewise for putting water in the machine, where Sleep Well told me not to do it, but when I later tried it on hospital recommendation it made the experience better. I honestly don't know why this is β maybe there's a good reason but I found it strange. And the customer service after they've made a sale is pretty rubbish. Like, they'll do the job but not make it easy. Today someone from Sleep Well called me at work as a follow up to an email I sent. She had no intention of helping me, and laughed out loud at me when I didn't know the size of my CPAP mask off the top of my head. My advice: avoid unless you desperately need a CPAP and this is the only place you can get it. --- ADDED in response to Sleep Well's response: Take note of how they have tried to paint me as a crazy customer with unreasonable expectations, and see how they've done the same to other bad reviewers. "... you contacted us asking for a refund for your CPAP therapy since you qualified for public health funded therapy." β This is absolutely not what happened. I got in touch to ask if I could sell my unit back to Sleep Well since I knew they sold refurbished units. A pretty reasonable question to ask, I would say. "When you contacted us today, it appears it was to request a free mask/parts Our team member's response reflected surprise..." β Again a misrepresentation of my request. I was under the impression from previous conversations that part of the deal of purchasing a unit was getting replacement masks like you do when you rent a unit. The answer was no, ok that's fine it must have been a misunderstanding on my part. I then went on to ask about purchasing a mask, which is when the person really started talking down to me. But regardless of my request, nomatter how "surprised" the team member was, there is no excuse to demean the person on the other end of the phone. Today's interaction was just the straw the broke the camel's back. My ongoing impression of dealing with Sleep Well has left a sour taste in my mouth, and several interactions over the years have left me feeling dismissed and talked down to.

Couldn't recommend Sleep Well Clinic more highly! After years of struggling with severe sleep issues and feeling like I had tried everything without success, I finally got real help and improvement at Sleep Well Clinic. Every staff member that I have dealt with here is excellent and they are always friendly, professional and efficient. But Bryn Sparks, sleep physiologist has been outstanding! His depth of knowledge and experience is like no other and his clear and thorough explanations have been invaluable. He gives practical advice based on physiological evidence that actually works and I am so grateful that I finally found someone that could help. Bryn is incredibly kind and patient and has continued to offer ongoing support in an effort to keep trying to resolve my sleep issues. If anyone is struggling with insomnia, sleep apnoea or circadian rhythm issues then I would recommend this clinic as your first choice. Thank you so much!

The receptionist when making the appointment came across as quite good, however when I got to my appointment she was quite rude. When I arrived she was on the phone, but instead of pausing the call and asking me for details she told me to go next door. They immediately told me to go back. Which I did, only to have her show irritation for me being there. So then an hour long session for $280.00. Not worth it at half the price. I was told to try a method of compression sleep, but my research since has revealed that the best way of doing this is quite different than what was told. Do not recommend.
