   I have used Epsom Pharmacy for the last 25 years and live nearby. I don't go anywhere else as it is convenient being next door to my GP. I find the staff pleasant, attentive and helpful if I need advice. They also have some lovely items for gifts. Jayne Forbes

   I have been using this pharmacy since moving into the area in 2022. The staff are fantastic and helped me though the last year of my wife illness, as well as my own health problems. Always friendly no matter how busy. Always explain the medication. There is plenty of options in this area but I would not use any other service. George Ryde.

   I took my prescription to chemist warehouse, they did few items that was available and told me that one of my prescription item has been discontinued. I brought my prescription to Epsom pharmacy your lovely staff member greeted me politely and took my prescription from me and i explained the issue in hand. she found an alternative and ordered the item that i needed, if i wasnt trying to save the $5 and came to your pharmacy in the first place i would have had my (COPD) medicine when i needed it. instead i went one day without any medication, waited half an hour to be told they didn't have my medication. wasted one day and 2 hours while trying to save $5. Thank you for the great service.

   This business does not really seem to be geared up for Online sales. I placed an order for Click and Collect and had to call three times over the course of a week to ask what was going on, nobody seemed to know. First off told me it hadn't been processed and they would call me the next day, I was then told it had just been picked up by the courier which of course it hadn't because I was collecting, oh no here it is under the counter waiting for you to pick up! Finally went in, the lady was pleasant enough but obviously did not understand the process. She eventually found the parcel but then asked for payment which of course had already been made online. Maybe they should stick to pharmaceutical business rather than trying to be a shop.

   Quite disappointed to have travelled 20 mins to get here and be told by the reception in the medical centre that you don’t open until 8.15am but on your google opening hours it says 7.45am. Not only that, on your opening hours on your window, it looks like one of the staff had tried to write over it that it opens at 8.30am. I one of the basic & simple things you can do for your business, at the very least, is to update your opening hours on google. It saves people allot of time wasted like me this morning, in the hopes to get my partners medicine that she very much needed (in pain after we spent 3.5 hours the night before at A&E) and I chose to travel all the way here, because unfortunately according to your hours, you were the ONLY pharmacy / chemist that opens before 8am. Now I’m at Chemist Warehouse Onehunga, which I highly recommend. They’ve at least got updated hours online and it does matter on google because as a business owner myself, I know that EVERYONE searches on google.

   The girls here are amazing! I Needed a item as couldn't find it anywhere online.. They were sold out but went the extra mile and found one at another branch and transferred it there for me... Unfortunately I couldn't pick it up but Helen who was very helpful and has amazing customer service skills asked for my address and as she passes where I live she kindly dropped it off off in my mail box! What can I say... What exceptional customer service and would recommend this pharmacy and its amazing staff! Thanks again Helen
