Cathy was an absolute darling when I came in yesterday to get my seconds done on my ears. She made me feel comfortable, and we chatted away like old friends. 10/10 service.
Prescriptions are always delayed, staff will lie about when the Prescription was sent through from the doctor to try to cover their own errors. Avoid.
I've been coming here for years now living with chronic pain. The staff have always been friendly, they explain and check i know about serious meds, the chemist went out of his way to source and mix components to create a uncommon medication. The mall parking is a nightmare but worth it to have a constant positive pharmacy.
Waited for a long time patiently at pharmacy and was in pain. What I needed was simple. After being ignored for ages a staff member motioned a customer behind me to the counter. I left in tears. Just so rude.

The service is always amazing at Hornby. Literally every staff member is smiling and they are always on to it with attending customers. The pharmacists are fantastic at giving advice when needed. There's a great range of products on offer. Hornby is my preferred pharmacy always.
I found the staff to be amazing helpful and friendly,but there were on several occasions when I would find that,who I can only assume is the owner,the male pharmacist with the glasses, would always comment to another employee when seeing me,to get a reaction out of the employee! I find that judging someone without knowing them, to be extremely prejudice and I have always left the pharmacy feeling anxious and awkward.He clearly despisers anyone beneath him!
