   I love my TMJ physio, Elsje! She’s amazing, so knowledgeable, supportive, attentive, and friendly. She really listens and provides holistic care that’s even better than what I’ve had from my GP in Canterbury. The reception team is also great, always friendly, polite, and make booking or rebooking easy. I wish all healthcare professionals were as empathetic and caring as Elsje. Highly recommend!

   I was referred by my specialist, not only did it take 4 weeks to get an appointment but their plan for my herniated disc was to just get someone to review my medication. I've been in pain for 8 months now how the hell is that gonna help me get back to work. Thanks for nothing.

   I was on a back to work program and had issues with my employer not following the plan, I tried to have this resolved as it slowed my recovery but my OT said to stick at it, so I did and thus as the plan came to a close and my recovery was going backwards I had no choice other than to leave the job, but now have no support from acc thanks to the OT not listening to me or even showing any interest in the first place to be honest when I said the plan wasn't working out. To say I'm F'd off is an understatement.
