“May 2023 Back again fow a few items in between our regular shop. The store very clean and tidy as usual. Jan 2023 A quick visit was carried out today. Shop is still very clean and tidy. Shelves are well stocked and presented. The self service checkouts are very easy to operate and can make shopping less time consuming. Earlier visit Easy store to shop in. Products are well laid out and there is always a store staff member close by who will off assistance if required.”

Even when we told him we wanted to check out other stores after taking at least half an hour of his time - he was still so nice and professional. “Right at the heart of Lambton Quay is this compact supermarket that has the basic items you often require. It isn’t huge but enough to stock up your pantry or cook up a simple meal. Love their fresh bakery and there’s often a crowd during lunchtime on a weekday. The checkout is very efficient and you won’t be in line for a long time which helps during the mad rush.”

Not only did the supermarket have everything I needed for my last min grocery run, but the customer service was truly top-notch. I was on the hunt for a specific low-carb Australian pasta brand and couldn't seem to find it. That's when Sam, a remarkable young lady, stepped in to help. Despite having a trolley full of items to stock on the shelves, she took the time to assist me in locating the pasta. It turned out that the stock information on the website hadn't been synced, but Sam's dedication and effort made me feel valued and grateful. Her commitment to going above and beyond was evident, and I can't express enough how much her assistance meant to me. Although I'm not sure of Sam's job title, this young lady certainly deserves a promotion or pay rise for her exceptional service.
