   I had a deeply disappointing experience at this store. While attempting to purchase wine, one store associate was appropriately verifying my identification and had to call a supervisor as I did not have New Zealand identification (visiting from the US). However, during this routine process, another associate—who was not involved in the transaction—called security to stand by. At no point was there any disruption, refusal to comply, or behavior on my part that would justify security involvement. Being treated as a potential threat during a standard purchase was unnecessary, embarrassing, and deeply uncomfortable. What made this situation particularly troubling is that it raised serious concerns about possible racial bias. There was no apparent reason for security to be involved other than my presence. Customers should be able to shop without feeling scrutinized, criminalized, or singled out based on how they look. Customer service should be respectful, fair, and consistent for everyone. Unfortunately, this interaction fell well short of that standard and negatively impacted what should have been a positive experience while visiting your country. I hope this incident is reviewed carefully and that additional staff training is provided to ensure all customers are treated with dignity, professionalism, and without prejudice.

   Went in to buy some cider and the service was very poor quality. Despite going to the self service alone, an employee boldly assumed I was with another group and constantly insisted I was with them. Even with our ID's they still took away the cider and refused to serve me even though I had a valid ID, as well as the rest of the group I was not affiliated with. I won't be going back there due to the bad service.

   Not impressed by their vegetables, often old and tired. Constantly out of stock of items in general store. Self serve registers crowded and not enough staff. Not impressed please raise your standards.

   Great little super market. Organic, gluten free and vegan food is a little limited but it is growing. Also starting to stock more low alcohol / alcohol free options. Parking out front of the mall or around the back. Will do free personal shopper / pick up for orders over $75. Recommend using Kiwiwallet cash back for online orders.
