On 20/12/25 I went to Woolworths The Palms. I picked up some Pumpkin Hummus. I put it back as it was dated use by 15/12/25. Someone not doing their job properly and rotating the stock. Not good enough Woolworths.
This store doesn't trust someone who's walked around the store without touching thier back pack. I'm sick of this, adult's being treated as kids. As a result of this, I'm not going to use this store as frequently even though it's my local. It tells me something, they don't use their security cameras or they'd see I hadn't gone near my backpack. I only buy bargains as woolworths is extremely expensive. As a result of this,I'll be going to Pak n Save from now on. It seems you can't have a waterbottle in your bag as they wanted a docket I didn't have because the bottle was filled from a waterfilter at home. I Don drive, so I'm not going to make a special trip just to the supermarket. I do a round trip which involves doing a number of things each trip out. They've lost me as a customer over this
Drink fridges are always such a mess, looks terrible. No cold blue Vs in fridges either which needs improvement there’s been 2 times where there have been a glass bottle or two in there but other than that NOTHING. Went today to buy some chicken breast and there was ONE packet. Horrible selection, chicken is a very popular bought meat you’d like to think they have more than one pack. I will not be returning, take your time and money elsewhere :))
Meat section is a bit mmm, bit hard walking past the alcohol section being an ex alcoholic as of recent.. prefer it wasn't so front and centre just like the old r18 sections in a video store weren't at the front and centre of a store.. it's too tempting and pushy. But still appreciate the support when being abused in the palms by as group of teenagers start of may when nobody would do anything to help me. So thank you to the staff member who got help when I asked and the Undercovers that were there!!
Erin from customer service was a huge support to me this morning. She tracked down a receipt from last week that I needed for work and made sure it got to me as I am currently sick. She was very kind and professional and I just want to say thank you Erin ❤️
Well set out but as always, never enough checkouts open, specially early in d morning. And still same issue, turned up at 8am and no checkouts open at all, only self serve. Old ladies there Don't seem to care. Operator by the name of Jodie always very helpful with great attitude.
People can't afford to feed their families healthy food because of these monsters and also they didn't have any of the rose I like
It’s a nice enough store despite it being closed inside of the Palms Mall. Staff are often, but not always, friendly.
So since supermarkets have been caught out for misleading prices you decide to put electronic prices so we can't check if you are ripping us off what a shabby practice will never shop and support this chain ever again
General food and household supply store. Moderate sized supermarket housed within the Palms Shopping Mall located on Marshlands Road Shirley. I’ve generally found it to be well presented, clean, offering a diverse range of high quality fresh produce. Typically open from 7am till 10pm seven days with the standard public holiday exceptions. Loads of parking, wheel chair friendly facilities. Cash and EFT-Pos excepted. Staff are great. Friendly. Always happy to help you locate what your looking for. Seriously though, this is pretty much your standard run of the mill supermarket, but you do need to be mindful of peak shopping times as the mall can get quite congested at times.
