   Overall it’s a supermarket with the difference that it had items u don’t usually find in most nz shops like this. The store is always clean and neat and the staff are helpful and friendly. The unfortunate part is the fruit and vegetable section. It was quite good until about 18mths ago and now they should definitely take the FRESH out of the name. Just about all the fruit has rotten bits and it is well past its prime. The v readable are not much better For the extra money they charge they really need to lift their game. Don’t call it fresh!

   Very rude staff working in delivery department. They have change the pickup location and installed a new doorbell camera recently. I pressed it and it came out of the holder because of poor installation. One lady came out and without asking or investigating anything she started yelling on me. I asked her to know more what happened by asking other people standing there but she was already frustrated by her work and she immediately reported her senior that I knocked off their camera. Now senior lady came out and without knowing or checking Camara footage she started yelling on me and told me that " I can trespass you, I have done it to many" I left the place and cancelled my all deliveries which I was waiting from 25 minutes peacefully in the rain.    Edit2: nope, nothing changed Edit: recently it's been improving, maybe. There were actually 3 staffers packing one time. Atrocious approach to Uber Eats drivers. They send out delivery orders, but won't even start making them and make us wait for 30+ minutes. There will be 5 drivers waiting with 3 orders each, and one staff packing them. It's not uncommont to wait 1 hour.

   Absolutely outstanding service from Lisa, the checkout manager at Fresh Choice Roslyn, Dunedin. We asked if it was possible to organise a fruit gift basket — something most places would have simply said no to — but Lisa immediately sprang into action. With a can-do attitude and genuine customer care, she made it happen on the spot. We were so impressed by her initiative and professionalism. A real credit to the store. Thank you, Lisa!

   Been a customer of this shop and while I find the overall atmosphere pleasant for shopping, I've encountered some challenges with product availability. At times, regular items are out of stock for extended periods (ranging from days to weeks), which is inconvenient given that alternatives at other stores are often more affordable and available. Additionally, I've noticed that 'reduced to clear' labels are sometimes applied to critical ingredients lists which pose difficulties for customers with food allergies: does this product contain who knows ? It's the only one left so I have concerns regarding the shop's safety practices. The Self checkouts are very poor and require constant staff intervention so can't call them "self checkouts" tbh Overall, while the shop is generally pleasant to visit, inconsistent stock levels impact my shopping experience "shame"

   The staff are very helpful and friendly. Annette is especially attentive. Great range of products stocked. I like the layout. Products displayed in all departments attractively. Very clean supermarket. Prices of some products at high end. However specials are offered.

   Although the product I came for was not in stock, the lady I spoke to from customer services went out of her way to not only check the storeroom, but took my number and called me the same afternoon to let me know there is a supply problem and they were unsure when they would be receiving the next shipment. I'm so sorry i didnt get your name, i wish had so your bosses know who you are! I will find out next time I'm in and edit your name in. You are a credit to your workplace. We'll done and thank you very much! You made me feel important even though I only came in for 1 item that day.
