Small and cramped with very average selection. Prices seemed higher than other Woolworths. No wheel chair access. Not open on New Year's Day which was a complete pain.
Loads of rip off members pricing.. you need an app to get them.. app couldnt be downloaded from the play store. Staff couldnt help with the rip off prices.. absolute joke.. walked out after 10 minutes trying to get an app/ card. Spent money elsewhere. Honestly ! Only 2 supermarkets in nz and they need to rip off ppl with members pricing ?
Nice little supermarket by the Cable Car. Food is fresh, bread is good, and they have all the basics. Easy to get in, clean, and staff are friendly.
Right at the heart of Lambton Quay is this compact supermarket that has the basic items you often require. It isnβt huge but enough to stock up your pantry or cook up a simple meal. Love their fresh bakery and thereβs often a crowd during lunchtime on a weekday. The checkout is very efficient and you wonβt be in line for a long time which helps during the mad rush.
I came here this week to buy some vegetables in store. Now I bought these green beans and when I was looking at it I thought it looked fine and safe to eat. But when I came home and opened it, I found there was already mould growing on some of the beans which is disgusting. I donβt know how youβre gonna sell this. This was packed on 29th of March and on 8th of April, which is the day that I bought this. Please check quality and please check the shelf life β¦throw away goods that are gonna be spoiled soon. Now my money has been wasted.
Definitely the worst customer service I've ever had in NZ! The checkout lady was unbelievably rude and hostile for no reason, shouting at customers, rolled her eyes and gave nasty looks. Will never visit again.
Two stars for the convenience but no stars for customer satisfaction. Supermarket is supposed to open at 7am but sometimes it is closer to 7.10am when there is a crowd waiting to get in and that is not ideal for winter. No explanation or a shout out of "Sorry we are a bit late this morning, we had a technical glitch". Nope. No explanation. Staff could use some lessons in customer service. And prices are higher than out in the suburbs. How does that work?
Nice supermarket at a great location. Variety is great there is everything you need for your weekly shopping. Prices are modarate. Also its a very clean supermarket.

Quiet surprised to find a well stocked and spacious grocery store in the middle of Wellington. Fairly spacious and well stocked single level store. Well staffed. Has manned checkouts and also self service checkouts. Cash and credit card accepted. Public and disabled toilets / rest rooms located inside. Is a wheel chair friendly facility. Has free WIFI.
