Great with providing all the services we needed and was talking to us till we left. This guy surely made our purchase worthwhile. Not to forget other guys were amazing too with their job. Convenient hours to support most shoppers. Wide range of produce/products covering some international brands beyond Aotearoa/Australia. Prices vary compared to other stores at other locations, check carefully before placing in your trolley. Both self service check out counters and a few serviced check out lines available. Weekends appear busier than usual - but that doesn't really detract from shopping, with loads of trolleys and baskets available at the entrance. Happy shopping!”

“This place has the most complete and plentiful, freshest and cheapest merchandise in CITY! The customers are very plentiful! The self-checkout is quite large and the clerks are very friendly. I've been here four times in the six days I've lived in CITY and it's awesome!”

“Ok supermarket, which is well presented. Plenty of car parking and centrally located in Rangiora. Countdown has a good variety of products. Reasonably priced with most of products that you will need. Good customer service at the check outs and reasonably easy to find assistance if you need help. This supermarket is an ok place to get what you need. Nothing brilliant stands out about this Countdown apart from it's a quite new building, so it is has a very good layout inside and outside.”

“Upon further visits to this supermarket, I am writing a new review. I have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff are always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I believe it will be my new favourite place to do my weekly household shopping. If you go at the right time, there are plenty of great accessible parks available, right outside the door. You will always be able to find a helpful staff member within the store or as you check out. As a person with specific access needs, I can not ask for a more helpful bunch to assist me. I do, however, still think there should be a lift available to the public for the underground parking.”

The main transport hub for the cities public transport is handy. Just across the road. Open till midnight. Disability parking spaces are available.”
