“I can’t thank Eden enough for her help this week. My beautiful siamese cat and I live in Auckland and we were visiting family in Havelock North this week. Unfortunately my cat ingested a long piece of string and I called the practice for advice. Eden could easily have said she was too busy given I’m not a patient at the practice. Instead she listened, asked questions and immediately spoke to the vet and then gave me easy to follow advice on what to do next. When I went to the clinic, Eden talked me through the signs and symptoms that could indicate an obstruction and had prepared emergency after hours instructions on how and where to get help. Eden also made several follow up calls over the coming days just to check my cat was ok. I just can’t express how grateful I am for the care and support we received. Eden is an absolute legend and a true ambassador for Pet First. If I lived in HN I would enrol here in a heartbeat. Thank you!”

I was offered a really great deal & felt very confident we picked the right bed. Had excellent service from Michael, he is a wealth of knowledge, awesome personality & made buying process so easy! Bed was ordered on a Saturday, custom made in Auckland & delivered to us within 14 days. Bonus to it all, we have had the BEST sleep ever since the new bed arrived! Highly recommend Bedpost Napier!”

“The staff there smile when they looked at me, which is hard to find at a lot of places of business. I found the pharmacy very easy to walk around, but the men's care products are unfortunately not as abundant as I expected, on the contrary they have Old Spice. And a Pikachu was on the counter there how could I not give you 5str. Also in that 5str was just the loving "aura" from the floor staff. The pharmacy is attached to a supermarket so very convenient, you can get your pharmacy products before or after your weekly shop.”
