“We went into HELL Pizza Henderson to try their famous special ‘Unearthed’ Hangi Pizza and I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was, the crispy pork belly was perfect! Great service and our pizza was ready within 12mins of ordering, highly recommend these guys.”

“Have been here several times and the food has always been amazing. Authentic Indian cuisine with a wide variety of options - and all vegetarian. Food is always fresh, and the prices are also pretty reasonable. The Indian sweets are on the pricier side though. I had the chole bhature, which was freshly made, the chole had a good spice level and the bhature was fluffy and hot! My favourite! The service itself is just alright and they now have mechanical carts delivering food, so it takes away some personal touches in my opinion.”

“My partner and I really enjoyed our one night stay at Microtel by Wyndham Wellington. We arrived in Wellington around 8:00 AM and caught an Uber directly to our hotel (20 min drive from airport). Front of staff was extremely lovely and offered to look after our luggage before check-in at 2:00 PM. We booked the Internal Queen Room without Windows. It was perfect size for two people, and still spacious for us to place our belongings. Bed was comfortable - got a good night rest. Service is great, staff are extremely helpful. You can order some food from the menu. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza for nibbles, which costed around $15. The hotel is approximately 20 mins walking distance to Lambton Quay and Queen Wharf. It was simple to navigate around central. Overall, 10/10 experience. Highly suggest to book here.”

“Decent sized rooms with all the right amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Bed and pillows give a good nights sleep...and a very rare spa bath in the bathroom. Located close to good food choices”

“Celebrated my sisters bday here as a first table and the service was 12/10 probably the best we have ever had. Even tho we arrived late and asked to take leftovers, the waiter was super hospitable. The waiter was super kind the food was really good too the club sandwich being a highlight.”

“Haven't been here in years was super impressed with everything. Love the layout & different themes for each seated area, such a great idea to uncorporate a Library never seen that in a restaurant before, it adds a lovely homely feel, my favourite would have to be the Whiskey Lounge, the decor makes you feel you've stepped back in time. Food was fantastic had the classic kiwi steak meal cooked to perfection & our host MJ, what a delightful, courteous human. She certainly knows that menu inside out, very precise, certainly don't get fabulous service like that anymore, thank you MJ. Had a very enjoyable & memorable evening, definitely recommend coming here.”

“Can’t be too fussy, Hollywood is great, it’s a flash bakery. Good Kai, Great for casual eat in, handy location at the shops. Lucky for us in NZ food is plenty and everywhere. Hollywood for one is a great quick stop in for a rushed lunch after being in the rat race of Westgate and you need to stop for a mo. Kia ora.”

“I was there this afternoon for a quick coffee, but the friendly manager convinced me to have a snack/meal too, seeing as I was clearly eyeing the cabinet food! When I said the meals on the menu looked too big, she offered to make me a half portion, which was very thoughtful. The half portion was not only generous (it looked like a full portion) but also delicious. It was the chicken salad on the lunch menu. Fresh, and well made. The manager also offered me some honey to add to my ginger tea - She could tell my voice was hoarse and throat hurting. I really enjoyed the personalised, warm service. I was also given the wifi password without asking - I'm not sure what else I could ask for in terms of service and food quality! I've always been here for desserts after dinner (I LOVE their cabinet sweets) but this was my first lunch visit and and it was really fulfilling. Definitely coming back here! Cheers”

“Had two of the teppanyaki combo’s with a friend and was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. Definitely think that people may go with a certain perception of teppanyaki, but for the price and service of the experience, I’d definitely say that we enjoyed our time there. The owner was friendly and readily available to answer any questions we had regarding their menu.”

“We visited on Friday the 19/02/21 at 12.30pm. We thought the staff were friendly and efficent. The atmosphere was surprisingly pleasant , it is part of the mitre 10 complex, we were next to the Garden area with potted flowers next to us. The restaurant was spotlessly clean it felt sparkiling pristine. The food arrived promptly . The person I was with had a Mango Frappe and a chicken / bacon panini and fries . I had a Flat white and an Angus Beef burger with Potato Wedges. Delicious. I had to use a doggy bag as the meal was huge in portion. A very enjoyable visit.”

“Amazing place, I visited here after last being a regular two years ago. And blown away by the fact that most of the prices are the same. I can still get an absolutely packed roast pork sandwich for only $6 the same price I paid two years ago. And it was just as good if not better than I remember. Absolutely exceptional in a time where I can't get a decent pie and a drink for less than $12. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cheap and tasty smoko Update: price is now $6.50”
