First time here and ordered 2x Cappuccinos and 1x Long Black. Received 2x Flat Whites and 1x Americano. Not sure whether the staff are hung over, incompetent or struggle understanding what I asked for. Coffee's were good except for my watery ol Long Black.
I was going yesterday. The service was great. The staff was so lovey. I like the staff. Very much. They ask me. We need something or not or. Provide water service as well food is so yummy and delicious. M great to going over ther. I highly recommend to go and enjoy the lovey service
Kings birthday 15% surcharge. Ordered eggs bene, customer svc asked if I wanted rosti or ciabatta but didn't say that rosti is extra. Food arrived. No cutlery on table so had to wait in line just to ask for cutlery as none on other tables. Hollaindaise sauce on eggs bene was from the packet. Roasted pumpkin salad was mushy and dressing was from a bottle. Pancakes were soaked in maple syrup. Food was actually gross for the money we paid. Have been to other coffee club stores but Bayfair store was terrible. Never going back.
Today I was served Rotten Bananas, the wrong drink, and dry mushrooms.. So disappointed, i spent over $50 and couldnβt eat it.. will never be dinning here.. I was offered a free drink, the one I originally ordered, but that never came.. 20mins later!! All the workers were dodging me felt like.. it wasnβt busy when i went in..
Went on one of the busiest Saturdays of the school holidays with three kids, had great service, main guy even remade an order for an iced matcha Instead of a hot matcha - not sure how the mix up happened but great customer service to rectify an order. My chicken waffles was beyond expectations β¦ happily revisit.. and my Mocha was creamy, perfect temp and a coffee Lovers Dream! Be back again soon
I love the coffee in this shop, I always grab a cup of flat white here, but today I was surprised by a waitress I'd never seen before. When I took two marshmallows on the top of my coffee as usual,she picked up the marshmallow box quickly and count, then stare at me unfriendlyβ¦just like I stole somethingβ¦..very uncomfortable experience
Young man that served me was rude, and didn't appear to want to serve. My coffee was nice, however I ordered the bacon avo rosti smash. Firstly it was missing the bacon altogether, once my meal came back the whole thing was cold and my rosti were still frozen in the middle. Staff apologized but nothing done to fix it. We often visit coffee club in bethlehem and it is fantastic! I wouldn't visit again. Disappointed service and food.
Who gives burnt burger if youβre paying that much money? I paid $26 just to eat these burnt burger. Never gonna buy burger again from here. Last time it was nice so, went there to buy again and look what u got??!!! Thank you very much for the burnt burger.
15% surcharge, did not reflect in the below average food. Cold mushrooms, scrambled the eggs to death, crumbly little bits, hard to eat with a fork. Bacon could've been cooked more. Coffee was excellent. Would only return for take out coffee, pass on the food.
