Always found the staff to be courteously and friendly,great coffee, depending on time of day can be noisy with closeby indoor play ground.
The drinks and food are decent. However, the customer service is very bad, they aren’t very kind and ignore you most of the time. The prices are far too high to be treated like that. I won’t be returning.
Lovely service from the lady who served me, would for sure come back if I’m ever around south city and feel like a flat white.
The coffee at this shop is consistently excellent, and My latte was perfectly brewed, with a rich, smooth flavour and just the right amount of cream. It's a testament to their commitment to good coffee, and it definitely keeps me coming back for more. If you're a coffee lover, you'll appreciate the quality of the brew here. ☕️
I don't rate it, came here in my wheelchair once and asked if it was takeaway or have here, I said have here and went to sit at a table and then they had the cheek to try get me to come up to the counter to collect my food! And more recently I was there with my walking stick and same thing, made me come up and collect the tray. What if I had dropped it? What if I injured myself trying to carry it? What's the point of asking have here or takeaway if you wont even bring it to the table. I won't be returning.
Just had the most awesome late breakfast at Muffin Break , South City. The two women staff that were on are lovely. I am an older person with a walking stick, who has had a very difficult week, and they were so helpful and thoughtful, and while I ate my yummy food, I watched them interact together and with customers. You have two very professional and able staff. Thank you for bringing some sunshine into my day .
Don’t believe the photos of the menu you’ll find here. The 6-muffin set has gone from $19->$26, and the drink menu has gone up as well.
I ordered 2 takeaway coffees, trim latte with vanilla. I didn’t try mine until away from the area in the car. There was no vanilla in either coffee, and it tasted burnt after a few sips, and left an awful aftertaste in my mouth.I couldn’t drink it and both were tipped out.I have left a message on their phone, as no one answered when I called. I have clicked one star to post, but really was worth none.
Fast service. Not a bad chai but not amazing either. Not a bad place to grab a drink for convenience but nothing really stood out to make me want to come back again.
Breakfast with sausage roll... something like Saucijzenbroodjes.... and doughnut muffin with hazelnut cream....tastes like donut, looks like muffin. . Food : 4/5 Service : 4/5 Price : $ Place : 3/5
