   This was by far the worst McDonald's I have ever gotten food from. After waiting behind a vehicle that was waiting for their food for about 4 min. I was told to go wait at the next window where they were. Standing in the there for what felt like more than 10 min and almost being hit by 4 vehicles that got their food behind me I ended up having to go in to get my food to what the manager I geuss, said we were waiting on stock. Why did only our food take that long ???? Then the food was gross. Meat overcooked and the hashbrows cold and it tasted like crap. Me and my partner have been feeling ill since eating it. I will never go back to this McDonald's even if I have to drive furthe to het it I will but they will never see me again !!!!!

   In the drive through last night. Customer before us had to wait for his food. He blocked the exit so not only us couldn’t get through but the whole queue was at a stand still. He would not shift and management did nothing apart from eventually giving him his food. He got nice hot food and we had cold food. You need to get this sorted. Tell people the proper place to park up when waiting for food. Please remove the pathway that you expected us to mount to clear the blockage. Why should we, the innocent party, have to do spectacular driving likely to stuff our vehicle. The man was a prize jerk and we got the blame. Fix your exit route for the drive through. So warning people, be prepared to be abused even though you’ve done nothing wrong. Ridiculous and offensive.

   I went to McDonald’s Rangiora yesterday and received excellent service from Alysa. She was friendly, polite, fast, and handled my order with great attention. Her positive attitude and quick service really made my visit better. Staff like Alysa truly make a difference. Keep up the great work!

   The person taking the order in the drive through ALWAYS changes to someone else halfway through the order! Every. Single. Time. Why? Please tell me. Please! I think I'm going mad... Food was fine - It's McDonalds...

   Came here around 1pm, The girls behind the counter are more interested in chatting to one another than working. Felt sorry for the one guy that was run off his feet, he was even asking them over and over to come and help serve.

   Greasy food in a restaurant that needs a clean, doubtful this place even has a broom. Sticky looking marks on the walls. Staff with long blonde plaited ponytail touching hair and touching food. Staff more concerned with chatting than prepping food. Give this place a big miss

   Fries were cooked in oxidated oil tasted gross. Tables near play area were filthy, I cleaned one for us to use and the paper came up black. Very cold and uninviting place.

   Kiosk had a printer error and didnt give me a number. Food was called by number only. The food was good, but took over 15mins as burger maker was making wrong burgers. Then another staff member dropped a drink, slowly mopped it up with wet mop, and another staff member slipped and spilled the drink she was carrying. He didn't clean the drink that was spilled up the wall. Didn't care. Disappointing experience.
