   Quite disappointing experience. Second time I have met work colleagues here at 9am and it was so cold (also was like this the first time) plus coffee wasn't hot. It's important to realize customers need a comfortable environment and heating needs to be set on a timer to have the area warm, especially in winter and for the start of the day. I'd be reluctant to go back.

   Disappointed with wait time. 20 mins for a morning coffe at 7.45 is too much. Would have missed the plane. Plus 6.20 for a large FW is ripping it off n to top it, the milk was burnt. Danish was ok. Visit some other place ====== Visited again jul2025 Breakfast options r ok. 16 for a salmon +egg is quite good given the current inflation. 5$ for an americano 7$ for anything g else. Pastries are 7.50$ onwards

   Ordered an 8ounce Mocha, received it and it felt very light as walking away. Opened lid and seemed quite foamy so I sipped up the foam and this is where the liquid finished. Took about 10 minutes to receive when cafe wasn’t that busy (I walked straight to counter and ordered, no lines). And to top it off it’s probably one of the worst Mochas I’ve had. Definitely don’t buy your coffee from here if at Christchurch airport!!

   Being busy is standard for this location so be prepared to wait. New staff in training on the register which was fine but for me I chose coffee culture due to their consistency of my standard order of a 6oz mocha - not much froth & very weak so this weekend’s visit was disappointing. If I wasn’t travelling & it wasn’t so busy I probably would’ve let the staff know, but I’ll let it slide this visit in the hopes next time is better.

   You’d expect a business named coffee culture to make great coffee… and they do.. 5 stars for that! The food we ordered smashed avo rosti we added fried egg(as no option for any other type) and I added smoked salmon. When presented the meals I thought the eggs were poached in rings (overcooked too) but on closer inspection they were infact fried. The smashed avo also included the grey bruised/old pieces too. 3 stars. Averaged to 4.
