   Use to really enjoy coming here but came for lunch yesterday, got a chicken salad bowl. The chicken wasn't cooked properly and by the time I realized I'd already eaten a few bits. Paid for it later as I was sick only 4 hours later

   I recently visited Adana Grill restaurant at northland malls, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The food was absolutely incredible—their kebab wrap was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The freshly baked bread and flavorful dips were the perfect complement. What truly set this place apart, though, was the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. They were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and you could tell this place takes pride in both their food and hospitality. I can’t wait to return and bring friends along. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, delicious Turkish cuisine! Kudos to the entire team of Adana Grill! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Chicken salad was pretty good with 3 sauce ( hot chili, hummus and yogurt sauce) but the gravy with chips was too salty. Staff or owner? does not serve friendly. Hope to be more helpful for customers. But the food was pretty good.

   Person at the cou ter ignored me for several minutes. Then proceeded to pay attention to another customer while I was trying to order. As a result he missed half my order. All while giving me a filthy look like it was my fault he had to work on a Sunday. Chips were dry. Chicken was cold. Won't be eating here again.

   The Palms. What great food. Ordered the baked potato and mixed meat. I left the salads and sauces up to the staff to sort. What an amazing experience the food was. Flavours were amazing. Customer service was quick, efficient and they knew the food. The wait time was less then 5 minutes. Great effort I will be back.
