We bought 2 large coffees yesterday 15th December; a soy mocha and oat latte on our way to Palmerston North. Went via TG. Had we been local we would have gone back and returned these coffees, absolutely awful had to throw them out when we got to Palmy. Won't be going back to BP Whitby for coffee, way better service at BP Tawa; wished we had gone there worth the extra travel.

Extremely rude and worst customer service. I live in Whitby and a regular coffee and petrol customer of BP Whitby. This morning I went to pick up my order the staff called Tania and the other lady staff were very rude. I was waiting for my order and the staff were busy commenting (I saw them both looking at me passing a comment). After few minutes, they asked if I am waiting for a hot chocolate as it was already prepared even before I went in. There was no single customer for coffee and they made me wait and in the end the lady called Tania yelled βyou have to pay for the orderβ. This is not first time I am ordering coffee and I know I have to pay for it. If they were not sure I paid or not they could ask me instead of yelling. People come in the morning to get a coffee and this sort of behaviour will ruin their entire day. Will never go back for petrol or coffee.

Clean and accessible petrol station with all the accessories needed to keep your vehicle healthy. An air pump outside for tires and a store for picking up goods such as drinks, food, and other vehicle necessities such as oil, vehicle cleaning products. This petrol station also has an ATM.

I stood at the counter waiting to pay for my petrol for ages while the 3 women behind the counter continued their conversation. Then when they were finished, the woman on the counter with the denim wildbean apron on didn't even acknowledge me and just started scanning the things I was buying. Poor customer service.

Staff is always helpful and with a very positive attitude. I buy 90% of my petrol there. They make you feel valued at all times

Terrible smell of sour milk when we entered. Slow cashier with no personality. Long queue but apparently tipping out credited/expired milk products is more important than serving customers. Average coffee.
