Sam answered the call and managed to find one for me (thankfully!) Hurried into the store at lunch time and Sam greeted me with a big smile and assisted me with the size check, shoes swap and everything was just a breeze! Great service from you! Thanks for attending to my issue with such professionalism and friendliness.”

“Have bought multiple items from this place and they have all been well priced and great quality. All pieces have come with tools and extra screws. Book shelves are loaded with books and there is no warp in the shelves. Coffee table was a bit tricky to build. I'd happily purchase from them again.”

“Good, friendly services from staff. Good price range, after discount a pair of shoes starts as low as $30. Plent parking out in the front. The best outlet store in that part of the shopping centre.. Along with Asics, Converse, New Balance etc.. No need to go all the way to Onehunga DressMart (although that store is bigger and more range to choose from). Highly recommended for a visit. Great value for money that's for sure.”

“I brought these All bird shoes about 6 months ago and these have been the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. I use them at the Gym and around the shops usually. However…. having recently been travelling- I found them to be super comfy for on planes and long days. I used them recently for gentle but steep tracks hiking over seas and found them to be very safe, well made, breathable and flexible. I do have a bad habit of slipping or twisting my ankles and these have made me feel much more confident while out and about on little adventures (plus they allegedly have a low carbon foot print) Super happy - I’ll prob go back and get a second pair for a trip to Europe mid 2022.”

As I left the store, bidding me farewell with a genuine smile, I couldn't help but feel immensely grateful.
