“Have bought multiple items from this place and they have all been well priced and great quality. All pieces have come with tools and extra screws. Book shelves are loaded with books and there is no warp in the shelves. Coffee table was a bit tricky to build. I'd happily purchase from them again.”

“Good, friendly services from staff. Good price range, after discount a pair of shoes starts as low as $30. Plent parking out in the front. The best outlet store in that part of the shopping centre.. Along with Asics, Converse, New Balance etc.. No need to go all the way to Onehunga DressMart (although that store is bigger and more range to choose from). Highly recommended for a visit. Great value for money that's for sure.”

Though I was unsure, she took the initiative to check using my number anyway, and to my surprise, I was indeed a member! She even pointed out a discount that had been applied for my recent birthday, which I hadn't noticed. Her attention to detail and proactive assistance were truly impressive. As I left the store, bidding me farewell with a genuine smile, I couldn't help but feel immensely grateful. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful shopping trip turned into a delightful experience. I can confidently say that the $100 spent today was the best investment in any store this year.
