I wish I got her name, but the Asian girl who helped me was super kind and patient , she brought out so many different options and even gave me her honest opinions, which I really appreciated since Im indecisive. Definitely recommend this store and will be coming back !”

“The girls at Novo St Luke’s were great. I made a click and collect order and it was a smooth process. I had time to try it on at the store and noticed a flaw on the heels I got so asked the girl’s if I could swap for another pair and it was successful. They were super helpful and friendly. “Sometimes in life somebody goes so far beyond what you expected in terms of customer service that, if you weren't a Kiwi, you might even give them a tip! But I am a Kiwi so Underground Surf will just have to settle for this review. (But it's a bloody good review so hopefully they're happy). From my first phone call with Nick these guys were nothing short of stellar. Before I knew what hit me, they had a brand new wing foil set up delivered to me and I was out on the water.
