My last job before I retired was working in retail at Movieworld so I do know all about good customer service. But I am a Kiwi so Underground Surf will just have to settle for this review. (But it's a bloody good review so hopefully they're happy). From my first phone call with Nick these guys were nothing short of stellar. Before I knew what hit me, they had a brand new wing foil set up delivered to me and I was out on the water. And they have been legends ever since. I'm not rich, but I won't be shopping around if I need new gear. (And don't we all need new gear?) If I need something, I'll call these guys. (And I know what you're thinking but no, they are not paying me to write this...although, that's not a bad idea!)”
