I visited Kathmandu Henderson yesterday 7th June 2025 to buy stuffs for my family in the US. All staff and Roxy which I got her name on the receipt were so friendly and very helpful. I strongly recommend this store to my family and friends. So far always had good experience with Kathmandu store and even have given 5 star rating with Onehunga- Dressmart branch. When you do your shopping at Kathmandu Henderson ask help from Roxy and any of their friendly staff. You guys are awesome
I recently had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Samuel at the Kathmandu Henderson branch, and I can’t speak highly enough of my experience. A big shout out to Sam for his incredible customer service! I bought a pair of hiking boots online at clearance price but the size wasn’t right and so called up the store to check if they have the size for me. Sam answered the call and managed to find one for me (thankfully!) Hurried into the store at lunch time and Sam greeted me with a big smile and assisted me with the size check, shoes swap and everything was just a breeze! Great service from you! Thanks for attending to my issue with such professionalism and friendliness.

Store Manager Jaimik was helpful for my purchase online on returning as well due to sizing issues. Had to leave items returned behind for a day, next day went back with my 3rd item(as it was buy 2 get 1 free) I had to explain the story to other Store manager IRENE who was loud and on my face talking about unable to refund today as their shop limit is over for the day..blah..blah..blah..bla She was frowning and frustrated in her talk. She even made me feel terrible on leaving the shop with no refund made available as I had to go back the next day to sort it all out. What a great shoppinh store experience!!Feel amazing how it all happened no more going back to see those faces.
Staff are friendly and helpful, which is just as well as it can sometimes be tricky to find exactly what you're looking for. The upstairs area is a bit of a pain if you have mobility issues but, overall it's a pleasant environment and I've generally been able to get what's been on my shopping list.
