The lady who helped me was really amazing the other's were standing behind the counter as I was searching for an item she came to the rescue at the Takapuna store ..I thank you for your kind suggestions on thermal items for my son ..she was relaxed natural non pushy and very knowledgeable ..I think she was a Maori lady ..you rock girl ...10/10
Busy when we were there with a sale on. We got mostly what we were looking for - love the quality. The store presentation could be better. Their security cameras are dripping with cobwebs as is a lot above head height. The changing rooms were full of garments that customers had left there. No attendant on changing room duty so no restrictions on the number of garments taken in. My husband saw a lady trying on shoes near the shoe section. 15 mins later when we were back her old shoes were there but no sign of the customer.
I normally check what I want online and then call them for stocks availability. On the phone, staffs are always very courteous and accommodating. Always keen to help. If if the staffs I'm wanting is available, I just put it on reserve straightaway and schedule for pick up. On site, staffs are always well-informed of the transactions over the phone and paying for the reserved items is a breeze that I am always out of the shop in no time.
