Had the most fabulous experience with Grace, the Assistant Manager. She taught me things about my walk which I didn't know, and found a shoe which would support me to avoid blisters and problems with my achillies. She was patient, really heard me and honest about the cheaper one not being so supportive. I felt it immediately. The ones she recommended were awesome. Loved the clean socks in the bags guys. Not had that before! It's a great idea. Would have loved to have kept them!
7thAugust. Today I bought a pair of shoes at TheAthlete's Foot Botany Town Centre, served by Rolanda and received excellent service. He took time to make sure he knew what sort of shoes I was wanting, bought out different ones to look at it, was very patient and when completing my purchase, he suggested using the Forcefield Protector spray, which I did purchase. The Manager, Ruchika, was also very helpful making some observations which helped . It was a pleasure to do business with The Athletes Foot at Botany Town Centre. Betty Fyers
How ironic, going to Athlete’s Foot and actually CONTRACTING athlete’s foot. I recently had my feet measured and analysed on your equipment there, was instructed to take my socks off. A few days later I noticed my toes feeling sensitive and saw skin starting to peel. Great, now I have a skin fungus to deal with. Please clean the surfaces more often where people are stepping on with bare feet! Other than that the staff member was professional.
