Delivery efficiency is a bit slow and it seems there are no staff responsible for picking up phone calls even though they leave phone numbers to the customers.
Nathan was extremely helpful and a good conversationalist. Great service by all staff members and everyone was very welcoming and friendly.
Just been in here, the young guy that served us was outstanding, new his stuff and really just a great attitude, a pleasure to deal with.
Dismissive and awkward customer service or lack thereof when attempting to return a faulty pair of Deuce shoes. Staff attendant didn't provide a solution, didn't ask to see the shoes. Only suggestion was to take my shoes to their Newmarket Store for assessment by the Cobbler (ten day wait) or to take my shoes back to the Albany Store. The shoes have barely been worn and the stitching is clearly coming undone on one of the shoes (both shoes have different SKUs). I will take the shoes back to the Albany Store as I have shopped there many times and have had no issues in the past.
Sorry to say but this pair of shoes I got from this store could be the worst ever. I bought these end of Dec 2023 and the first time I wore them to work just for two hours they hurt my feet very badly! I went back to the store see if could return them or exchange for anything else but the answer was no, because shoes were worn outside, okay I understand. And Yes of course that could happen to new shoes, so I tried them at home occasionally but really donβt see things getting better. Yesterday I wore them to work again for two hours just to try my luck, but no, my feet were hurt again and because they hurt so badly my foot ankle was injured due to the bad walking posture to avoid the pain! And all that happens just within a couple of hours time !gosh now I understand why shoes from this brand are seen so often from fb marketplace, and they are all relatively new, because these are just unbearable. I have been trying to find good shoes brands since I moved to Auckland, and this brand is selling around the same price(these I paid 240 dollars or sth), sometimes even higher than those I found very comfortable back in Europe, I donβt know what leather product techniques the brand is using but, and perhaps it doesnβt happen to all other shoes, but please be very careful when you buy with them ;( β¦.

These guys are awesome - I was in Auckland for 4 days, wandered in on a Saturday and found a pair of shoes in a style I've been after for ages. They didn't have it in my size, but that didn't stop them - they couriered the size over first thing Monday and went above and beyond to get it there before my flight home. I honestly could have walked out with half the store the variety was so awesome...
Amazing customer service. I went in for a repair on my 8 month old shoes and they were replaced free of charge! Above and beyond!
