   I have purchased from this outlet many times, not just one pair, but sometimes 3 pairs of shoes. Just in 2025 to date, I think I have purchased over 8 pairs of shoes from this outlet, and every time I spend buying shoes, we should be getting points for the particular purchase, but as a customer, this did not apply, even though my details are registered with this outlet. Bought 2 pairs of Skechers yesterday and thought I could use the points that had accumulated, but to my surprise, the sales lady said I had no points or voucher to use. I asked for an explanation of what had happened to my points or whatever you might call it, beneficial to customers, and the sales girl said it was something to do with the system and she could not help me. I asked if there was a manager around, and she looked at a lady next to her who was continuously serving other customers and completely neglected me. I don't think I will come back to this outlet to purchase after my worst experience yesterday, 21/12/25.

   customer services don't know how the points work. we have been purchasing our shoes from here since moving to NZ. ever time we went they said you will get a voucher on the next then the the next today we went again the next. do the staff even know what they doing. if I was at work and hear customer complaining surely I will ask the to take over my customers and I take on the situation but here the after asking the staff if we could speak to someone experienced and she said the Indian Lady but seem the indian lady was ignoring us.

   All the footwear these days seems to be flimsy, lightweight and not waterproof. As is the case here, unless you want to cough up an arm and a leg. Whatever happened to good rugged footwear at an affordable price.

   I found the staff friendly but the online ordering timeframe to be misleading. I ordered an in stock pair of shoes online just after 2pm, hoping to pick them up the same afternoon using 1 hour click and collect. I called the store at 3:50pm to check if my order would be ready before closing. The staff member assured me it was a top priority and mentioned that most c&c orders are ready within 3 hours and they were looking for the stock. I visited the store around 4:40pm to check on the status, and was told, “Sorry, we’re still looking for them.” Oddly, I noticed the shoes sitting behind the counter with the other online orders. I pointed this out and only then did the staff process my order for collection. It was confusing as I was told the item hadn’t been found just seconds earlier, yet it was visibly sitting there ready to go? the lack of follow through was frustrating especially when the website promotes 1 hour click and collect.

   Maybe late on Sunday afternoon staff are kinda over it. Arrived about 4.15pm young lady at counter said hi, that was the extent of the customer service. I was left to wander the shop to find what I wanted without any offers of assistance & then when I did find what I wanted was walking around shop with a shoebox in my hand obviously looking for somewhere to sit and try on shoes, no help or suggestions from the two staff at the counter. Finally ended up sitting on edge of a table & tried on shoe & thought “you know what, I’m over this I’ll keep my money” & left. Could do a lot better.
