   Online and on store door, it says Saturday closes at 5:30. The worker turned me away at 5pm and said they were closed. Not impressed about this outcome. Please update the store hours.

   Couldn't find a item at another branch , therefore we drove to this store Store was well stocked clean tidy and enjoyable to look around Staff member did approach to greet us once we had a item in our hand to try on Than moved away ,but stayed close by and kept watching us We were trying on a few items and did place them back onto hanger and back in its place I found a item and held onto it and continued to look around The sales assistant kept on looking and pretended to be fixing up stuff It made us uncomfortable ,but we continued till we were done We made our way to the counter and we're served in a prompt manner My partner couldn't decide if he wanted to buy the jacket So we put it on hold and gave them a time that we would return to the store To which we did and bought the second item Staff friendliness average

   Went to the store after receiving sale promo email. Its advertised still even though the product is fully sold out everywhere. Annoying to know only certain colors are on sale for certain products so if you wanted different color to the one on sale, you have to pay the full price otherwise. What's the logic behind that? Just walked out... If something on sale every colour range should be the same price.

   Had bad experience picking up a click and collect. Staff wasn’t friendly nor welcoming. I would rather get it delivered next time. Other than that shop got your usual Kathmandu stuff. Not a big shop

   This location has very helpful and friendly staff. The variety in outdoor gear is great for the average shopper. Although expensive, they offer high quality gear you can definitely trust, and often have great deals. This place is fully wheelchair accessible, and offers a range of clothing, packs, outdoor equipment, boots, sleeping bags, tents, and the like.
