   Great service. I believe a lady named Jess was helping me yesterday (curly hair, great smile). I was browsing stores looking for work shoes, and although I went in there to just see what they have without much knowledge of leather shoes, I got help which went above and beyond what’s required. She was happy to educate me about what shoe type is suitable for my feet, how to cater leather shoes, what products there are to help with this, and general information about each shoe and their differences. She told me how it’s good to rotate between two pairs of shoes for them to last longer, and although that seems obvious, I probably would’ve ditched my old shoes and kept wearing my new pair if I had not known how without waxing and being careful of water, it could’ve easily damaged my shoes. Now I know that if there’s bad weather, it would be a good idea to wear the old pair, and the new pair in good weather. I did not buy a pair that day, as the shoes are a pricy investment and I will need to look at reviews and other shoes, so I can’t attest to the quality of their shoes. Perhaps the bad reviews here complaining about the durability of the shoes are due to poor catering, or it could be that their shoes were poor quality or faulty. I don’t know. Regardless of knowing that I wasn’t there to buy that day, she was still happy to give that great service which shows a genuine desire to simply help.

   Same as a previous review. Excellent service but poor quality shoes. When you pay over $300 for shoes you expect the sole to be firmly attached. After very little use I found the chelsea boots splitting at the sole. I returned them and they sent them to be repaired without charge which was great. When returned there was glue everywhere, up the side of the shoe and had discoloured the leather upper. It looked like a $2 tube of shoe goo had been used by a blind man. When pointed out, the shop attendant was apologetic and buffed the glue the best she could with bees wax. Still discoloured but she gave me nugget, bees wax and a brush. Won't be buying from this brand again.

   Excellent service, awful products. Bought a pair of shoes from the store, staff were very attentive and helpful, great in-store experience. Less than two months later, something came apart in the shoe and the heel came off. Went back to the store, got the shoes swapped for another pair, again, excellent in-store experience. Around two months after that, exactly the same thing has happened again. Materials have fallen apart and the sole of the shoe is coming off the rest of the shoe. Don't want this review to reflect on any of the staff in the store because they were great to deal and very sympathetic, but something is obviously wrong with the materials the shoes are made with or the process. Really disappointed, would steer clear of these shoes unless you're happy to do multiple returns

   Love the quality of shoes here for a reasonable price - given the nice quality, they last many seasons. Always find the staff really helpful too and more than happy to get me lots of different styles to try - and they are nice and chatty to my little kids, so you always feel welcome and it's an enjoyable shopping experience. The boots here in particular are great quality and have lasted much longer than ones from other shops I've purchased over the years, I'm into my third winter with a couple of pairs!
