   Nice store with lots of women’s clothes and accessories. The shop is tidy and easy to walk around. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit high, but the clothes look good and feel nice. Good place to shop if you want something stylish.

   I had hoped to buy a winter coat,when I finally found one, I noticed it wasn't on special .It was exactly the same as the other's.Brought it to the attention of the sales assistant & she said it was new stock.Not... I said she was breaching the consumer guarantees act & she just said "I'll pass that on. I thought that was totally unprofessional but also lacked follow through, she knew they were the same coats, at different prices. Won't be back

   I like the variety colours and styles available. I like that some of the clothing materials feel more breathable and more like cotton/less plastic-y. Not all feel that way but nice to have some options like that. Staff were nice and helpful.

   Absolutely outstanding customer service today from Bonita and Tash. Next level service, the advice on 2 dresses; then the extra mile to steam the garment. Also because of the weather (treacherous rain) suggested I grab a garment cover from Kmart. Bonita even went with me to Kmart for a minute to show me where in store!!!!!!!!!! So I returned to Pagani, they put the cover on and sent me off so happy and thrilled. Customer service is still alive and kicking. Thank you so much

   I always see a girl who works there full time, I don’t know her name but she is the nicest and funniest sales person ever. You can definitely talk to her like a friend and she’ll give you an honest opinion about the clothes you try on. I hope that when I pay this shop another visit that she will be there. You go girl!

   Buyer beware! Pathetic service. My wife bought a whole lot of clothes. One item was too small and not fit for purpose, store refused to take it back. Beware of their return policy that is not clearly shown.

   Received amazing service on Boxing Day from this team! It was the only store I walked into that had great customer service and made me feel cared for! Even though it was hectic in the store you still felt important! I appreciate the girl who helped me in all black, she was tall, had her hair in a bun and she was wearing a dress. She made sure I got what I wanted and never forgot about me despite her other customers. Best customer service I have ever received.
