   I really love the unique range at Urban Sales. I bought a rocking chair and a storage trolley last year, and it’s been the perfect addition to my home! So stylish and comfy! I recently replaced my rug with one from here, and again I was so impressed. The quality is way better than I expected for the price. You can tell they put thought into choosing pieces that are both practical and affordable. :)

   Have bought multiple items from this place and they have all been well priced and great quality. All pieces have come with tools and extra screws. Book shelves are loaded with books and there is no warp in the shelves. Coffee table was a bit tricky to build. I'd happily purchase from them again.

   Linspire Miro Shoe Cabinet: This is my second purchase from Urban Sales and I am delighted with the cabinet. It’s perfect for my space and co ordinates beautifully with my other unit in this space. It was very easy to put together and it works perfectly. Everything went very smoothly, the pick up time I wanted wasn’t available but I sent a quick email and Urban sales made space for me, which was appreciated. Shaira (customer Service) also helped me with a concern I had while assembling the unit, I followed her advice, which was spot on. Great product and service and will use again.

   I have been so pleased with the customer service from this company. I placed several orders close together and the customer service team helped to send my items out in 4 shipments as stock from each order became available. This meant I didn’t have unnecessary delays on some items. They were also very quick to send out additional screws when 2 were missing from an order. Sharia, Burn and the team were great! And the furniture is all great too!

   I have purchased many products from Urban Sales, every item has been exactly as described and made to a very high standard. Unfortunately I bought a large desk last week which arrived damaged from transit. After emailing the Urban Sales customer service with the problem, a new desk arrived within a few days and Shaira even followed up after the second delivery to make sure the new desk was without faults!! The desk is perfect!!!! The service is absolutely amazing, just like the products. I would highly recommend Urban Sales to everyone :)

   Ordered a chest of drawers from urban sales and was quick and easy, picked them up myself from the warehouse which also was super easy and quick with the assistance of the staff, super helpful and nice. Unfortunately the chest of drawers I ordered did not contain all the parts, but upon reaching out to urban sales they rushed to resolve the issue and managed to find the missing parts relatively quickly and shipped them to me. Overall really helpful and quick service in all avenues.
