“Unique store especialy with lines of kids clothing with reputable brands. Very friendly staff and environment made experiences all that more specials. Beautiful store with thoughtful layout and displays. Ample parking behind the building. Don't use the Hursmere Road as you will get stuck and it often takes at least 30mins to go from roundabout end to the traffic light at the other end.”

Customers get so agitated when it's that busy, they want to get served straight away & patience is not their strong points but you all were juggling it all with such grace. “Excellent experience at St Luke's Hannah's today. I had tried a shoe at a different branch but they didnt have my size. I phoned St Luke's and they put 2 pairs aside for me to try. When I arrived the shoes were ready and waiting and it made for a quick and easy purchase. The salesman was very friendly & helpful. There was also a larger selection of shoes than the other branch.”

I've been struggling with trying to fix or replace a worn Prada bag strap, but the team managed to find me a replacement Prada strap of exactly the same colour and even had extra holes put in. Frankly, I'm in disbelief at how smooth and communicative the team was. This is service the way all luxury brands should do it. Well done, and thanks again.”
