Will never shop here again. The fact that we purchased a pair of shoes and were not allowed to return for a different size is disguising. and the excuse was that the stock in on consignment.. Staff were not helpful at all. Shoes turned up by courier and we took them back the same day. not a mark on them $500 shoes now worthless. don't shop here.

I recently bought a product from this store. I decided to return the product and had my return rejected based on damage that I didn't do. I was told it was because it was returned in a satchel but they also sent it to me in a satchel. I am now asked to pay to have it returned to me. My experience with this store has been terrible from the start. Poor customer service and I'm not even surprised that I had my return rejected. I've dealt with many consignment stores and this one is by far the worst. Avoid dealing with them.
