   So I meet Julia today . Amazing service on the phone and in person, I don't see service like hers theses days . I was well looked after, walked out buying 3 pairs of shoes then order a 4th pair .

   Very dissapointing that your shops have become cashless. I just spent half an hour choosing shoes to be told at the counter that they don't take cash. I have been a long time customer as the service has allways been great. Such a shame, I wonder how many more customers you loose ?

   These guys came through in our hour of need and even went out of their way to stay open a little longer than their standard store hours. We bought our shoes for a wedding party from 3 Wise Men on High Street. As we were getting changed into our evening wear, we realised they had packed two left shoes into the grooms shoe box! It was 5.40pm on a Saturday, we called Merchant 1948 and they said they can help with a pair of shoes that go well with a tux. We said we’d send someone right away from Kumeu and they we’re happy to stay open until that person arrived. You’ve definitely gained a repeat customer! Thank you guys sooo much!!

   Monday 7 August: I have to one of the worst shoe shoppers known to man, indecisive, shoes hate me, one foot sore one fits like a dream....man i need tlc when i'm shoe shopping. Huge thanks to the really lovely assistant (I think she its Janelle?), so patient and helped heaps, we narrowed it down to one but alas it wasn't in stock! I didn't buy but I would have and I felt stink i didn't cos she was awesome. Thanks heaps team!
