Really enjoyed shopping at barkers on Wednesday the two ladies working really helped me out. Managed to fine all my sizes and an awesome fit for my work event this coming weekend.
Went in to look at suits and was approached by Darryl who was incredibly helpful with sizing, what alterations would be needed and finding the right things to try on. Excellent service
Went into the store to purchase a suit, no acknowledgement from the sales assistant despite no one else being in the store. After a couple of minutes looking at suits, left the store with still no acknowledgement or assistance.
I've been to Barkers so many times, but just thought to share my recent experience. At WestGate branch, we met Ronika. What a nice person. Great customer service and really supportive. However, "Barkers" you found an awesome employee here. Having employees like Ronika makes customers more enticing. Keep up the good work, Ronika! People like you make this place great.
Really great and attentive. Ran in quickly to get a suit for my dads funeral in the UK. I knew what I wanted. They don't stock more than one waistcoat size apparently so know that going in. We did however order it for pick up at High Street. The real touch here for me, was that because I was under time pressure to get it, I got a call today to make sure I buad. Nice team!

I was short a shirt for my Wedding the next day and so went to Barkers to get myself stocked up properly. I forget her name, but the girl working there was beyond incredible, I genuinely think it was the best customer service I have ever had. She was passionate about what she was doing and knew exactly what size and fit would work with me, I live a long way from NorthWest but will absolutely make sure to go back to Barkers there when I need new clothing, she deserves a large payrise! :)
Amazing place, always the best quality clothes. You'll have to pay the price but it is worth it. It's the only place I buy jeans now as they are eco and endures years of work while remaining comfortable.
