“2 orders (separate shipments) from Nike in Aus, both arrived in about 4 working days. Only issue is that the tracking isn't updated at all until like 1 hour before it's delivered so from my pov, seems like they're still in Aus awaiting collection unless I coincidentally check tracking 1 hour before it is delivered or receive it. Overall, very quick and that's what matters to me :)”

“I was nervous after reading the bad reviews. I bought a 19kg garden statue from an Auckland company and they used NOW. We live up a lot of steps in Wellington and have had hassle with couriers who don't want to climb the steps leaving packages on the public pathway or just leaving a card even though we are home. The Now Courier carried the heavy parcel up steps and a pathway in the rain to our door. The delivery was the day after the parcel was dispatched.”

“Honestly, I was really concerned when I had a missing parcel and saw the huge number of negative reviews. My experience was overall very positive. The phone was answered promptly, the customer service reps I spoke to were polite and efficient, we located the missing parcel with help from the rural courier service (Coural) and identified the cause as an unfortunate but understandable human error (it happens!) I also received a follow up email from the person investigating the query, who was also prompt and helpful in their replies. Given human error is inevitable in any business of this scale, how a company approaches problem-solving leaves the strongest impression for me. Nice work.”

“As with all the reviews on here, customer service is appalling. I've got a package split into two boxes and have received the second box, but after waiting for what seemed to be far too long I contacted NZ Post. The email came back telling me they don't even know if the package they've already delivered has been picked up. Then I tell them that I already have 1 of the 2 boxes to which I am told that I can only enquire about my original package and not another one in the same ticket? The most dismissive support I have ever dealt with and absolutely show no sign that they actually want to help. It's currently level 4 in Auckland so I didn't contact them until 3 weeks after the due date! Terrible experience as always.”

“Read the bad reviews. Held my breath. Picked up my item without any problem. I would say that it is a large operation not suited to small consumer item pickup, but my oversized item was collected without problem. PBT called when it arrived, I said I'd be out there to get it at a nominated time, arrived an hour early and had it collected within 10 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and gave clear instructions on how to navigate the freight depot. I'd happily receive items there again.”
